Properly fitted KAMU® footwear that was purchased from one of our authorised resellers and does not meet your comfort expectations can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a claim under this guarantee, the footwear must be returned to the place of purchase with your original purchase receipt within 30 days.

Once the footwear has been inspected by the retailer, you have the option of a full refund or a footwear exchange, up to the original final purchase price specified on the receipt. You must bear any cost incurred for your return to the store of purchase. Any postage charge from your order will not be refunded.

KAMU® safety footwear is warranted for six months from the date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or materials when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. The warranty is void if in the opinion of KAMU® the product has been incorrectly fitted, misused or has been subject to excessive wear and tear including exposure to chemicals, cement, lime, and excessive water or heat if the footwear has not been designed to be used in these environments (fit for purpose). 

As a requirement of this warranty the purchaser must return the footwear together with evidence of purchase to the place of purchase. The footwear will then be returned to KAMU® for inspection by an authorized KAMU® employee. If the footwear is defective, replacement footwear will be provided by KAMU®.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit consumer’s statutory rights.
